MAP Growth Grade 3: Guide and Practice
Independent English-language skill practice with original questions. LivePhysics is not affiliated with NWEA or HMH. These activities do not reproduce the official MAP Growth test or generate RIT scores or percentiles.
How this grade fits MAP Growth
Grade 3 is a starting point for these practice activities. Official MAP Growth adapts across grade levels. Schools choose standards-aligned test versions, so there is no single nationwide MAP curriculum or fixed grade-level question list.
Our selected math and language connections use Common Core standards; science uses selected NGSS connections. Some activities review earlier learning or introduce an identified extension. Science tests cover grade bands, and middle school science topics are sequenced differently by schools.
Difficulty labels describe our original practice questions. Adaptive practice adjusts within the available bank; it does not use NWEA’s calibrated item-selection or scoring system.
